      Pay is good, benefits are good, flexible working environment, additional sharematch options

      Cons

      Its hire and fire company, reorgs are announced every often with no logic behind firing people, some managers sucks and some managers are good, code of conduct some times taken seriously and sometimes are very liberal its all left to manager and their needs

      - Great for students trying to learn

      Cons

      - no proper processes or procedures across the company - getting the run around on who to go to for what - constantly having to escalate to get work done with other teams - no actual role when starting, instead being placed into a role you didn't interview for - morale of staff is low across the company due to current events - lack of direction, vision, and mission - no opportunities for advancement, in fact people who worked with the company over 15 years, that were getting ready to retire are being let go - focus on working in office instead of how the employees perform - no proper feedback from management or hard to get a hold of when something is needed - reviews are given by people who don't interact with you on a regular basis
