      Good work life balance, excellent benefits. further education supported.

      Cons

      Salary reviews don't seem to reflect the real world and can be very inconsistent, ie people doing the same role but on different grades / wages.

      Bureaucratic and vendors are frustrating

      Pros

      - The people are really good to work with. - The pay and benefits are good. - The Company cares a lot about training, ergonomics etc. - Career progression can be good if you're in with the right people.

      Cons

      - Some Vendors are a nightmare to work with. Very much focussed on delivering the bare minimum they can get away with. - The Company is undergoing constant change due to the numerous Consultancies that come in and fiddle with things but the underlying bureaucracy never changes or gets worse. - Once you're in you have to stay in each role for 2 years. - Some people are put in at a lower grade than they should be. It can take a long time to move up to the next one so negotiate!! - No women were on the Leadership Team in my department and no women are on the Board..
