      Pros

      Large company, lots of training opportunities, great benefits and compensation, lots of opportunity in different areas so you can move around and find your niche, lots of responsibility

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy makes it difficult to get things done and very inefficient, so many initiatives and changes translates into lots of work in different areas

      Stretches your personal and professional beliefs and limitations. Many opportunities for advancement and global relocation. Superior, and often, opportunity for in-house training and educational classes. Diverse organization

      Cons

      Can become just another number. Within BP, what seems as "average" capabilities would equal a rock-star status in other companies. Very siloed with people protecting their turf. Don't practice what they preach.
