      BP is a great place to be in, but Supply Chain isn't at par with its peers

      Pay is good Benefits are good Alternate work schedule is great Many good people to work with

      Incompetent leadership within supply chain Promotion is based on "who you know NOT what you know" Supply Chain is one grade above premitive Poor planning and poor execution It is worse than congress when it comes to working together and executing plans Hiring people, warm boddies, just to fill positions Unfair pay practiices even within people within the same grade level

      There is nothing good about this company. You don't get anywhere on your work, but only on ratting each other out and butt kissing. They call it "holding each other accountable but yet fail to hold themselves to the same standard.

      Cons

      Some very bad apples in the firm and the usual political untochables.
