      BP is an excellent company with a competive salary package and a lot of opportunities around the globe.

      Gud company with lot of facilities.

      Cons

      a) No Promotions, b) System is kind of show off, whatever is written on the paper doesnt happens, c) Poor officers quality- not so experienced officers onboard. Sometimes the ESM promotes the guys who r less experienced rather than a guy who satisfy all the criteria foer promoton. Thats why people are leaving BP.
