      Good people, trying to do the right thing, global work opportunities on some of the largest and most challenging problems in the industry

      Unfair press coverage, pay levels are average for the industry, large company decision making process, high HR turnover, too many staff people and insufficient line people

      Pros

      Just started but colleagues are really willing to help out to better understand the process and great opportunities to apply technical skills. Compensation is also very great and managers are people friendly. 9/80 option is also available.

      Cons

      All i could see for now is too much processes which could be more emphasized due to the GoM incident.
