      Excellent Benefits, Good Bonus Opportunities, Good opportunity for highly energetic people.

      Cons

      Reward the wrong kind of behaviors (e.g. non work related social skills vs technical skills). Allow misbehavior to go on longer than it should (tardiness/disrespect)

      Pros

      BP Solar offers good salary/ benefits and is a large and reputable company. Worldwide opportunities exist if looking to relocate overseas. Supportive of diversity and Inclusion.

      Cons

      Manufacturing no longer in the USA. Senior leaders not completely open in regards to direction of the company. Small non-manufacturing presence in the USA.
