Pros

Boardless opportunities exist within this company. However, if you don't fit in the culture here one will sink fast. Furthermore, it may become difficult to move up the leader. If you would like to gain strong operations competence this is the place for you.

Cons

BP's management workforce is highly competitive living no room for mistakes. This can sometimes cause employees with great potential to hold back. The workforce is highly educated leaving less room for average joes. It is almost impossible to move into upper management without a college education. In other words hard work alone just will not get it.

Pros

Not the best salaries but benefits package as a whole makes up for this alot

Cons

Getting worse by the day with regard to leaderships from managers, making change after change after change for the sake of change and benefit packages slowly being eroded. Getting more difficult to just do your core job as more and more time is getting taken up on non-value adding and often duplicated processes despite the fact we are supposed to be working 'lean'.
