      - Great exposure to different technology areas - Interesting work - Good resources - 9/80 work schedule - Good 401K match and pension

      Cons

      - Lack of process - Lack of advancement opportunities (i.e. flat organization structure in certain areas) - Too many stakeholders in decision making - Reputation is not the best at the moment

      Development opportunities are great. Management strategies are communicated well down the chain. Ample scope to move around the company and internationally. One of the better places to start a career

      Cons

      Technical depth and competence is not highly rated. Too reliant on EPMS contractors. One too many org changes but not enough behavior changes
