Pros

Not many but can't say zero...

Cons

The company suffers from a failed corporate strategy and low employee morale. Jobs are increasingly being moved to lower-cost countries, and cross-functional collaboration remains inefficient. There is also an extremely limited opportunity for lower-level employees to voice concerns or advocate for meaningful change.

Pros

- The only good thing is good salary.

Cons

- Absence of teamwork with a culture of blame. - Worked in the I&E department where the majority of projects end in failure. Following a project failure, junior managers initiate similar projects under different names. - Meetings with business stakeholders prove utterly fruitless. They exhibit bullying behavior, readily resorting to shouting and assigning blame for any mishaps. - The sole functional systems are legacy systems constructed in the late 90s or early 2000s. - Numerous meetings are convened, often with a multitude of attendees who contribute no discernible value.
