ADM benefits

I don't know about other companies and their benefits packages for hourly employees but I'd say ADM has a good one, at least that's what some of my other family members said as far as health plans, 401k, etc. They do have paid vacation time and paid holidays.

Great benefits for self and family

Comparable to other in the industry.

Competitive benefits package. Health, Life, Vision, Dental, 401k, Pension. Vacation is lacking.

The 401k was a solid retirement choice, and the optional company stock purchase program was really nice! There are TONS of other benefits they offer as well. The ADM Credit Union will give employees almost any amount of money they want, at a very competitive interest rate. The health insurance was amazing when coupled with the HSA, and it had comprehensive dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
