ADM benefits

The 401k program was great for the employees. the insurance plan was bad it had a 1000 dollar deductible and no copay.

The benefit package with ADM is fairly extensive, and for those who live in Decatur there is also access to the ADM medical and fitness centers. Depending on the department, vacation time is strictly managed and can be difficult to get time off, even when request months in advance.
