Aerotek Entry-level Recruiter interview questions

Applied online, initial recruiter reached out quickly to schedule a phone screen to talk about the position. Then a longer, more formal, phone interview with the same recruiter - she was great! Then there was a 1hr online interview with a manager/director of the office I was applying to. This was the worst, most uncomfortable, interview of my life! The interviewer seemed bored, uninterested, and even stopped the interview to respond to a text. Asked very personal questions which were not relevant to the job in any way. I was sent a rejection email the day after. However, the manager/director attempted to reach out to me several months later to "catch up" with me and see how I was doing. Weird. Do not recommend.
