Aerotek Entry-level Recruiter interview questions

Started with an initial phone call to set up a video interview. The video interview was with a HR recruiter not in the office I was applying to. She was very kind and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation and she asked some simple behavioral questions and some simple "why aerotek" questions. I then was offered an in person interview with the branch manager. Before the interview the recruiter called me again to offer me helpful tips for the interview and to offer me time to ask questions. The in person interviewer was very casual and called the interview a "sit-down". He asked me some behavioral questions and finished by saying that they would be in touch about the "next steps". However, I was not offered the job.

I applied online and by the end of the day an initial phone interview for the following day was set it. I found the interviewer to be aggressive. I was even asked why I did not have a job yet in a very aggressive way (I had graduated the previous month). I never heard back.
