Aerotek Entry-level Recruiter interview questions

I am told that my interview process was slightly different due to my being a referral. I was referred by the CEO of a different staffing agency I was interviewing for, he thought I would be a better fit with Aerotek. I was contacted the next day by an account manager from Aerotek and she invited me to come into the office where I met with her and another account manager. That same day I was contacted by their internal recruiter to set up a later phone screen with her since that is part of the process, it just is usually the first step. I did a phone interview with her that lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions. Then I was brought in for a job shadow and they had me interview with the DBO the same day. I received an offer the next day. I appreciated that they were very up front about job expectations, hours you are expected to work, etc. They lay everything out on the table so that there are no misunderstandings.
