I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Arlington, VA)
Interview
I interviewed for an internal position with Aerotek for an Entry Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee. I applied online and the interview process started with a brief phone screening and then a more formal phone interview. After my phone interview I was invited to their office for an in-person interview.
The in-person interview was relaxed. Many of the questions asked were behavioral/personality based questions. After the in-person interview I was invited back to the office the following day for a half day shadow. This gave me the opportunity to sit with recruiters and ask questions about the job, however there were still multiple times where I was asked to sit down with different people and answer more interview questions. The experience was great. I felt good about my performance and I was led to believe that I got the position. The last manager I met with said "I think this went really well" and "you can expect to hear something within a day or two."

Question 1
If you owned your own company, what kind of company would it be?
I interviewed at Aerotek (Gainesville, FL) in Jan 2018
Interview
Submitted resume online-screening call with recruiter-in person interview-job shadow at office
The interviewers were cocky, unprofessional, and odd. They talked to me like I had a personality disorder but really I’m just a well rounded woman with dreams and many interests (SHOCKER-discriminate much?) Oh, & they called me by the wrong name/didn’t bother to look at my resume beforehand but they’re a “people person business”. Sure.

Question 1
Who is the real you? LOL
What “you” would work at the office?
Tell me about yourself?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Austin, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
Basic interview process. One phone call, a one on one meeting, and a half day office shadow. The process gives you a good idea if you want to work there or not. Questions from the interviewer were fair and typical in most regards. Just about behavioral things, motivations, and why recruiting.
