Aerotek Entry-level Recruiter interview questions

It was 3 step process. They called me and asked me basic questions about my overall experience. Set up the 2nd interview, which was a panel interview. Once the panel interview was completed I then moved to a shadow portion where I shadowed a recruiter and saw the work that they do

It was a phone interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. The recruiter called me while on the road and the phone connection was very poor. I had to go through all my job experiences from the past and describe in details what I've done. This whole process took one hour... and then she asked 2 behavioral questions.
