I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Woburn, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
First interview was on campus with a Director of Sales. It was about 30 minutes long and consisted of behavioral questions as well as some questions about resume. Also wanted to know why I was interested in recruiting/sales.
I was then asked to go to the office for a half day shadow. I shadowed three people, got a tour of the place, got to sit in on some meetings then ended with an interview panel with two people that lasted about a half hour.
Overall, it seems like a cool company culture. If you're fresh out of college and money-hungry it's definitely a great fit.
I was offered the position but did not accept because I decided to go with a different career path.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Charleston, SC) in Oct 2017
Interview
First it was a phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a 2 hour Skype interview with a recruiter. Was intense, focused on resume and dates of employment, what motivates me, and asked a lot of behavioral questions.
