Aerotek Entry-level Recruiter interview questions

First interview was on campus with a Director of Sales. It was about 30 minutes long and consisted of behavioral questions as well as some questions about resume. Also wanted to know why I was interested in recruiting/sales. I was then asked to go to the office for a half day shadow. I shadowed three people, got a tour of the place, got to sit in on some meetings then ended with an interview panel with two people that lasted about a half hour. Overall, it seems like a cool company culture. If you're fresh out of college and money-hungry it's definitely a great fit. I was offered the position but did not accept because I decided to go with a different career path.
