I apply in LinkedIn for a position as payer delivery specialist. Someone from HR contact me by email to have a call. Then I continue with the selection process with two interviews in Amadeus offices. I was not selected for the position but got an offer for a new role. After an interview and a business case I was selected.
During the process I felt very comfortable, having all required information and knowing next steps. My main contact, Ellie, kept me informed and explained the package of benefits in detail.
Finally I accepted the job, it was the best selection process I had. I hope to have the same experience working in Amadeus.

Had lunch together and talk. Followed interviewers’ lead and listen closely for when they switch from casual dialogue to questions about my fit for the position. Work to create an engaging, enjoyable conversation with your interviewer so that the time this person has to spend with you feels like time well-spent, even if he or she was silently dreading it before you arrived.

Interview
It is an onsite interview, interview with four team members in turn, with different focus ans questions, like background check, java basic concept and code test. It starts from the morning, till afternoon. Amadeus offer a lunch during the interview and show their working environment. It is a good experience.
