Cengage interview questions

I sent in my application and was contacted for a phone interview in a week or so. My phone interview was easily scheduled, and it seemed to go well. The interviewer (Talent Acquisition guy) said he would pass on my information to the team and would contact me within the week. I sent a thank you email, he said he would be in contact. Several days passed and I sent a follow-up email to check in/see if I was still being considered. No response. I understand if I wasn't the right fit for the role, but even a declination email would've been nice.

I applied through Indeed. The recruiter contacted me 10 days after applying and asked preferred schedule for the video call with one of the team member. It was a technical interview.
