I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Cengage
Interview
Initial phone interview with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager. You next have a project that is assigned where you perform similar to a Sales Rep daily task and give feedback and your understanding. Question 1
Interview was easy, basic sales questions. They then have you spend a day in the field solo, meeting with professors that you have to introduce yourself to and meet. These are not preset appointments, but basically just cold calls you make. I loved this part, but have been told this is hard for many people.
