I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Port Orange, FL) in Mar 2014
Interview
Well, you get there before it opens and sit 15-20 min before they even acknowledge you. It's a group interview so you're just kinda sitting there with 7 other people. Then the workers introduce themselves and quiz you on their website. (They tell you to go on their website prior to the interview). You then go on a tour and individually interview select certain people, and ask the rest to leave. Overall, the experience surpasses an hour and is a complete waste of time if you're not that 1/7 that gets chosen to be there THAT long.

Interview
its was fun and I loved it I would go through it all over again. it was a good chance to see what some places do to hire people. they have a lot to work on but the way they carry them self's are good to.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Columbus, IN) in Sep 2014
Interview
I had applied at Chipotle before, but never heard back. I applied again about a week ago, and a couple of days went by and still hadn't gotten a call, so I called on Thursday, asked for the manager, and said that I was calling to check up on my application. She asked my name, and then asked if I could come in for an Interview on Saturday. So I did, and had a basic "Tell me about yourself", "What do you know about Chipotle?" "What would make you a good worker?" etc. kind of interview with the GM. It took about ten or fifteen minutes. She jotted down a couple of basic notes and that was it. She asked if I could come back for an interview tomorrow (sunday) to interview with the assistant manager and another manager, and they'd decide from there. So I came back for the 2nd interview and talked with both managers separately. The first guy asked the same questions the GM had asked, then said he'd go get the other guy. The 2nd guy came out and said that he'd asked and that all of the crew seemed to like me and that I could come back Tuesday to do paperwork and meet the whole crew. Probably the easiest and most comfortable interviews of my life.
