The Exam was very easy mostly common Highschool level of questions then final interview. The Final interview depends on your luck, there are some interviewer that are very stern.

First I had 2 calls with different recruiters asking the same questions, then I got English language test assessment plus some tasks and another call with Team Leader. I got an offer in 3 days after that, total around 1 month
