I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT
Interview
I had 4 interviews, where one actually was a role play. First interview was with HR, the second one with manager, the third one with a teammate and the last one was the role play with the Sales Leader and Manager. Overall the process was good: it was more conversation style interview, no strict behavioral questions by scheme, it created a friendly atmosphere at the interview. They were very fast in making an offer, but it was the process that I liked the least. We agreed on starting salary with HR on the first interview, but HR came to the call with lower salary offer without even checking the offer before the call (from his words he was surprised too, but I think it was planned..). So he played it as he would make everything for me to make it higher, even another amount was already agreed as starting point at the first interview.. For me it was definitely a sales trick to make me fill as they were increasing the offer already, so I couldn´t ask for more.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT (Sydney) in Sep 2024
Interview
Interview process was smooth and simple compared to previous places I've interviewed before. Couple of HR chats and 3 formal interviews. Process was clear and straightforward , however slightly inconvenient timezone wise for APAC.
