I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT in May 2023
Interview
Four stages in total, with the TAM and various people from engineering, each one hour calls, scheduled over a couple of weeks (though I had some constraints as I was travelling, it might have gone even quicker otherwise). The calls felt very much like a conversation, not an interrogation, which I enjoyed, and the questions always felt relevant to the position. In the end, received an offer that was better than I had originally expected based on the conversations we had, so I was positively surprised and accepted.

Why are you looking to go back to a Software Engineering role?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT in Sep 2023
Interview
This was a very technical interview since I was a specialist. The dove into looker situations and how I would fix problems or suggest a good fix to customers. Over all it was a mix of "do you have the technical skills to do the job" and are you a good fit for the company.

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT in Jul 2023
Interview
Single handedly the BEST interview process I've ever been through. Transparent throughout, everyone asked thoughtful questions that made sense, rather than fumble through a particular methodology or interview style that feels impersonal and from a candidate perspective, leaves you feeling interrogated.
