DoiT interview questions

The interview process with DoiT was the best that I've experienced. It was a smooth 4 step process, and I was me with genuine conversation at each level versus the rapid fire questioning I'v experienced during many other interviews. The questions were pretty straight forward. There were no trick questions, and DoiT was transparent about everything I asked.

Three stages of interview - Technical, Management, Fit for the role. Technical evaluates skills and experience. Management takes in account what future lies ahead of you. Fit for the role - personal qualities and aspirations.
