DoiT interview questions

Despite all the amazing perks/culture that my network told me, unfortunately I had a bad experience with DoiT so have to share my humble opinion here. I felt discriminated during the process, never got to the interview stage despite the experience and qualification that I have is fully equipped for the role. DoiT rejected me because they don't sponsor visa for non-European nationals to work in EMEA (despite that I have full right to work in one of their operating countries without any visa sponsorship, but according to their questionable "visa-checking agency", - I don't, any second opinion would correct that but I guess they are lazy). So I´m not sure if it's the recruiter wanted to reject me using that lame excuse or their agency who's just plain unprofessional and need to be sacked.

The team at DoiT provided a really in depth understanding of the role. 3 stage interview with different stakeholders in the business. I really appreciated the quick response times and efficient interviewing process.
