I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DoiT in Jun 2023
Interview
the process was pretty good. Good communication with the recruiter on a daily basis pre&post interviews. had 4 interviews with quick, clear, and detailed responses for the next steps and current status. Great time frame between interviews, results and scheduling additional interviews.
From start to finish, the interview process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, allowing me to feel at ease throughout. What really stood out was the conversational approach which felt like an engaging discussion rather than an interrogation. I truly enjoyed it and gained valuable insights along the way.

During your preparation, what is one unique and fascinating thing you've discovered about DoiT?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in May 2023
Interview
I had 4 interviews: 1) An initial interview with the recruiter after which a Talent Specialist was assigned to accompany me on the interview process 2) An interview with my designated hiring Manager - to understand the role requirements 3) A "duet" (two interviewers) asking various technical - real life scenario questions to assess my skill, knowledge level, and the way I approach problem solving 4) Another "duet" of two top level managers, not on the technical side, but rather on the job, expectations from the role, ensuring I understand what it is about The 5th wasn't an interview. After I was told I got the job, I asked for another talk with my Hiring Manager before I made the final decision to ensure our expectations were aligned.
