Not a reliable company. The experience was ok in the beginning, as the recruiter was transparent and explained the position/ application process. I passed 4 interviews total, with very positive feedback. After the final interview, I received a call and the recruiter said they wanted to hire me and she scheduled a meeting for the following week to discuss the job offer. A few hours later I received a WhatsApp massage, which the recruiter canceled the meeting and vaguely said that they would be discussing things internally. I followed up and asked if there were updates… 5 days after I was told that DoiT would not be hiring me as they are searching for a candidate with specific hand-on experience in GCP, after a discussion with the team. It was a very unpleasant experience overall- the mixed messages, positive feedbacks and then switching decisions last minute. I was not expecting such lack of professionalism coming from a company with such high remarks. It shows how the departments are disconnected and how disorganized they are. I will certainly not be recommending DoiT due to lack of professionalism and I will share my experience since I wish other people won’t go through similar situations. This goes to show how DoiT is not reliable, and has no respect for the candidate’s time/effort.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Scaling our global team in tandem with the rapid evolution of our business and customer landscape is a challenge that we strive to excel at throughout every stage of our growth. That means asking tough questions, challenging assumptions, reviewing our metrics, and triple checking that everyone is on the same page before we make each hiring decision. I'm sorry that your interview process unfolded this way. It sounds like you were a stellar candidate for the role as it was originally scoped and I understand that you were hopeful for a different outcome. It is certainly not the candidate experience we aspire to and we will learn from this. I'm also very grateful that the decision to pivot the focus for this role was made before an offer was extended that ultimately would not have served you or DoiT well. That said, this is a reminder to be vigilant and inquisitive at every stage of the process to ensure we're respecting everyone's time while also making the best decisions for everyone involved. Best of luck going forward and thank you again.

Had 3 interviews (Peer, Hiring Manager, and VP), each was pretty straightforward. Mostly behavioral questions, with some situational. Be prepared to talk through previous experience and your typical strategy for customer engagement. Overall, it was a quick interview timeline, with a very responsive recruiter.
