Quick responses with detailed feedback after each stage.
The interviewers gave a clear idea on what the day-to-day workdays look like for the job.
By far, the best interviewing process I've ever gone through. The best part is, the job itself is even more amazing!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Different subjects depending on the interview stage :
Technical (case study based cloud architecture questions), Behavior, Motivations, Dealing with customers
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT in Nov 2021
Interview
Seamless process that lasted about 3 weeks. Spoke with recruiter, sales manager + head of business ops, and hiring manager before the offer.
Two things I noticed that were particularly great.
1. Ask questions about the company because the people at DoiT LOVE DoiT. So far I've agreed with a lot of the things they have said and have loved my time here as well.
2. At the offer stage they make things very easy to understand and are helpful working with you. The offer isn't a long, wordy contract, but a very straight forward presentation on what you receive (you DocuSign this presentation).
They were also very flexible with my start date. They wanted to make sure the start date fit with my timeline and I felt comfortable with it. Don't abuse this, but if there is a conflict they will be very understanding and work with you on a solution that makes sense for both parties.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Normal interview questions.
Focus on how you plan to make a difference at the company and they do have questions about how you prioritize your time in a work day to be successful
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview was truly fun. It felt just like having a conversation which translates to the culture at the company. Very relaxed yet ambitious. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and they cared about me knowing about the company just as much as they wanted to know about my experience.
