I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT (Houston, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and paid close attention to my profile and resume to make sure I was a good fit for the role before reaching out. Their outreach immediately caught my attention. From there, there were three rounds of interviews. All interviews were very transparent and authentic, and interviewers were direct with questioning. The recruiter was prompt in letting me know if I made it to the next round, and was extremely communicative throughout the process. Expectations were clearly communicated, as was feedback. One of the best interview processes I've ever been through.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Nov 2021
Interview
After the initial phone screening with the recruiter, I had 3 tests of technical interviews. With the group leaders, Senior engineer and the department head. because of scheduling difficulties the entire process took 20 days.
My recruiter was particularly friendly and helpful, following up at each stage. All the technical interviewers were also friendly which reflects the company atmosphere.
At the end they were very quick at getting back to me with an offer which was carefully documented and made very clear.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't remember the details of the questions, but they were specific about my technical knowledge of AWS and GCP clouds. There were also behavioral questions about my support and consulting experience and how I would handle situations with customers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT in Oct 2021
Interview
This was probably the best interview process I have ever had. I received feedback very quickly after each step. Also everyone was extremely friendly and I could feel that they enjoy working at DoiT.
I had 5 rounds:
1. A call with the recruiter. This was a really pleasant and casual conversation about the company culture, my goals etc.
2. A call with UX Lead. I presented a case study of a project I did. This was more technical, but still very casual.
3. A call with PM. We discussed our possible future collaboration mixed with personal questions.
4. A call with CPO. Mostly talking about company goals.
5. This was an additional step, as I didn't have any experience in the cloud. We went over my potential tasks. This was also a great experience for me to see what I will be doing.
