first ,some writing tests for English,much like TOEIC,and computer skill tests(Excel).Then some normal routine,self introduction,some questions about team work,your career plan etc. Well ,I don't remember much now,some of the questions are asked and answered in EN.

Interview
Submitted CV and cover letter. Also, took an online assessment which covered standard areas such as verbal and numerical reasoning. On Thursday, I received a phone call inviting me to interview for an intern position on the following Saturday.
There was only one interview which was conducted by a Senior Manager. Interview followed standard format of being told what their daily experiences and responsibilities consist of followed by a series of competency based questions.
