I applied online. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process consisted of a call with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with 5 different people. The panel interviews included coding exercises, discussion of work experience, architecture discussions, and a chance for questions. Everyone I spoke to was nice and informative, and after my panel interview I felt pretty good about my chances. The recruiter emailed me letting me know they weren't going to give me an offer, without any further explanation. I tried responding to his email and calling him asking for feedback, but he never responded. I put a lot of time into the interview process and made it to the final step, so I feel like some feedback is the least that they could do. I thought the interviews went well and still have no idea why I didn't receive an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2020
Interview
Very thorough and professional, as expected from a AAA studio. Everyone involved in the hiring process were very nice. The interview process was carefully split into different rounds. There was a general phone filter. The technical test was with a technical team. There was also a work experience and behavior interview round with a panel consisting of people that you will be working with in the team.
