Equinox interview questions

All interviewees required to attend an open house, by invitation only. After 1 callback and additional phone interview, required to schedule additional interview 4 weeks later. Hypothetical questions asked, no skills tests or other professional certifications, references required...strange. After completing this vigorous interview process, employers stated that you will not hear from them at all unless you are wanted for the last step of this interview process. How exhausting and time consuming..especially for a position of just personal trainer, not management!

Met with 2 people and it was a great experience. They asked about my background and told me about the position they had to offer.
