Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

I only had a 1min recruiter call and it told me everything I need to know about the company. Because it is the worst experience I've had this year, I'm going to spend time writing this review to warn others. First of all, they reached out 2 months after I applied to the job. The fact that they still haven't found someone should've been the first red flag. The recruiter started off the call by asking am I ok with onsite. I asked is that 5 days. She said 4. I asked is the company flexible with 3. She cut me off, said "no we're not. Thank you. Bye" and hung up immediately without letting me respond. There's so many better ways to handle this and it's not uncommon that not everyone is ok with 4-5 days in office. If it's mentioned anywhere on the company website or the job posting, I wouldn't be wasting my time either applying or prepping for this call. Don't blame the candidates for wasting your time when you didn't provide transparent info. The lack of grace and respect truly reflects badly on the company. Not surprised given the low ratings on Glassdoor. Good luck hiring someone.
