Equinox interview questions

The interview process was quite smooth. I first had an intake call with the Recruiter, then both in-person/virtual meetings with managers, and even a peer. I actually found the peer interview extremely helpful to know who I would be work alongside. Overall, I found it easy, transparent, and an easy process.

They reached out to me about the role and ended the interview by asking for my availability for the next round. After that, they went silent. I followed up four times over several months, the role was eventually filled, and I never received a courtesy response. For a senior role in a small industry, the lack of follow-up was unusual and unprofessional.
