Equinox interview questions

It was a phone screen with the area recruiting manager. The conversation was pretty causal and relaxing and the interviewer was very personable. The purpose was for them to figure out why I wanted to become a trainer and how my past experiences supported me to make this move.

Began with a phone interview with the fitness manager followed by an in-person one-on-one interview and tour. Ended with a group interview consisting of 2-3 other applicants and the personal training and fitness managers.
