Long...There were 3 interviews 1) Phone interview - someone calls from a remote location, easy , asks about why you have interest in position, what experience would qualify you, etc. 10 mins tops Group interview - a couple ice breakers, going around room telling the group about yourself, moved to a group fitness rooms and split into smaller groups to do a case study and present how we would set up a program for 2 clients - hour and a half One-on-one interview with manager - some hard questions, exhausting just taking for so long, strengths, weaknesses, times you faced a challenge and handled it, etc. 45 mins
