Interview
My interview process was much different than what I've heard from others who've interviewed here. I had one over the phone interview with the hiring manager of the department and then one in person interview which was very chill. The manager was an hour late but the assistant took over and seemed to know what she was doing.

Interview
I got invited to a 30-min interview with a tech employee two months after I was notified that my application was viewed by HR. The interview was conversational: I was asked two or three questions about my resume and I was told at the end of the interview that HR would follow with next steps to set up an interview with the SVP of tech in the next couple of days. I sent a thank you email to my interviewer that same day, to which he responded by wishing me luck in my product journey. Ironic. After waiting for a week to hear from HR, I sent her an email to which she did not respond, and another week after that I reached out to my interviewer who said he doesn't know what the status of the internship position was. How does an interviewer not know if a position has been filled or not yet?
I've had companies not get back to me, but certainly not after interviewing. I just think it's absolutely disrespectful and portrays a culture of unprofessionalism.
