Be prepared to talk about your own fitness routine, why sales, why Equinox, their language ("we're not a gym, we're a club" is a brand slogan) what you're committed to. Equinox is open 365 days a year. Avoid any and all questions about hours, time off, expected overtime, vacations, compensation, or anything that would indicate you're not entirely available and looking to stay long-term.
