There will be around three round of interview.First will be the written round followed by the face to face interview and then the HR round. The written round comprises of case studies, excel and power point presentation.

Second round interview with immediate manager + 1 or 2 more team members or other senior employees. It has a presentation and/or written component
Thirs round interview (may or may not happen) with the Director based in London or Chicago

No really difficult questions - just know your resume very well
Phone plus 2 face to face interviews, all done in pretty relaxed fashion, though the questions were probing. Had to do a role play which was quite difficult but also gave good insight into some aspects of what the job would be like.
