The interview was firstly done by phone with a recruiter and then through blujean with the hiring manager. It was fairly easy questions and a well prepared candidate wouldn't have a problem answering.

Question 1
Mostly questions related to the job description and work history
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Milão) in Dec 2016
Interview
First interview by phone plus a second one, face to face.
During the second interview, the supervisor asked me: "If hired what would be the role you aspire to get in the company?
I replied, however I found the question very inappropriate since asked by the person who could have been my supervisor and not by the Hr (who was very professional during the phone call). What about if we shared the same goal? Since then I had a bad feeling about my application.

Question 1
If hired what would be the role you aspire to get in the company?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Praga) in Dec 2013
Interview
Come in, make yourself comfortable. Then the series of questions about the study background, experience in hospitality, stress-resistance (still remember this question). All questions from my side were honestly (as for now) replied. Very impressive office, takes the breath away. So, after all the interview is at the very high level from their side. Hiring manager may try to get you out of your comfort zone. For example, by being late, but you will understand later - in here you are never late.
Later, I was waiting for 10 days or so, got the call from the main recruiter. Be prepared to fill out quite a few forms and docs before get started.
Experience: challenging when they want to be, depends on the context of the job position and on the hiring manager. Just remember, nobody likes people being stressed out.
