Extra Space Storage Asistant Manager interview questions

2 part interview, did an initial with a District Team Lead and then a 2nd with the District Manager. After meeting with the district manager I was told to speak with a store manager about the particulars of the role. I drove to another site and spoke with that employee for a bit, then called the district manager back. Received an offer about a week later.

it was quite intense at the beginning because i interviewed in a very small room with 3 male managers. But after just a few minutes. i felt very at ease and comfortable enough to be myself during the interview
