Extra Space Storage Asistant Manager interview questions

Called for a phone interview by a recruiter. Had an in-person interview with same recruiter. A week later, sat down for 8 minutes with the 'store manager'. Not sure what this company is looking for in an entry level candidate if veteran status and 17 years of customer service (12+ in management) and 3 IT certifications isn't enough to get the job. Makes one wonder...

I applied through a posting on Indeed. I was contacted by the district training manager for a phone interview. After that 15 minute talk we met in person several days later for a face to face that lasted about an hour. Next step is with the DM face to face after about a 10 day gap in communication.
