FARFETCH Copy Editor interview questions

The human resources person is very professional, but they will not tell you how much they are offering for the vacancy, they will send you a test to do which basically consists of translating, localizing to the vocabulary of a region and explaining how you can improve or change the tone of voice. The test will take between 2 and 4 hours to complete. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY FEEDBACK. In general these processes are done to follow the guidelines of looking for candidates, but the reality is that they have already been chosen previously, in reality they are other internal copywriters that grow or offer the positions to the current freelancers they already work with. I don't recommend taking the test, it's a waste of time and it's certainly just to "fill out a talent selection process". IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANYONE INSIDE THE COMPANY YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NOT BE HIRED.
