Flowserve interview questions

Open minded and willing to listen. They walked me through the plant and explained some things to me and then during the interview asked how I would handle certain situations and problems.

The hiring manager did not know and was not clear about the expectation for the position. Job description was vague and questions in interview were irrelevant. She was definitely confused. She missed the scheduled interview without notifying and later at rescheduled meeting did not mention it or apologized.
