Flowserve interview questions

Panel interview with to the point questions. There were several people that did the interview, including sales manager, maintenance manager, and safety manager. There were some follow-up questions to the initial questions if they wanted more details. Overall, it was not too bad.

I think this is the worst company in terms of taking an interview and hr processing. Let me tell you my story. I cleared all 3 rounds of interviews and was waiting for the offer letter. But at the last moment, they told me that the vacancy is on hold and they cant process the offer. I mean are you guys crazy candidate has given 2 rounds of interviews on the same day and whatever you asked for without any question hoping to get an offer from you and at last you are telling this. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have seen. Also in the managerial round, they didn't ask me even one question related to the project. I am a mechanical engineer working in the IT sector. Management was asking me you are from a different background you should be core field and not IT. I mean really what is your problem and when I told them the situation of mechanical jobs in India he talked to me rudely. Thank got I didn't get offers from them waste company wasted my time as well as their time.
