Future interview questions

I had two different phone interviews for two different positions at Future. Both interviews went well and I was told I would hear back soon about next steps. I was ghosted both times by two different recruiters. After several weeks and multiple attempts of reaching out to the recruiters, I realized they were never going to update me on the situation. Unprofessional.

Received an internal referral for the position and scheduled a first round interview with the recruiter. After the interview concluded, the recruiter proceeded to ghost me with no response for 2+ weeks despite 2 follow emails. Extremely disappointing and speaks to internal chaos and lack of efficiency.
