Future interview questions

Long interview process. First, screening with HR. One hour long interview with senior managers online. Line manager in person interview and presentation. Day in the office to ask questions to future colleagues.

Phone screen with a junior recruiter, web interview with hiring manager, panel interview to present assignment via the web. They don't ask you to present in person, which is wildly absurd to me considering you are expected to go into the office for this role. Does it not seem to anyone that the prospective employee would like to get a feel of the environment before accepting an offer?
