Future interview questions

I had an interview, I thought it went really well and got nothing but praise from the person who interviewed me. They said they would put me forward to the next phase. I then didn't hear back for a month, which I get because people are busy. Then I chased but still nothing so cut my losses. They then randomly two months later called me back and said about another interview. This time it didn't go well so I was very surprised they offered me the job off the back of it. I very much got the vibe they couldn't find anyone else so just randomly offered me the role. The paperwork came through and the wage was 5K less than what was mentioned in my offer call. They were about to have a hiring freeze so were pushing me to sign the same day I got the contract. Too many red flags.
